1UP Trading does not require your brokerage or exchange password, private API keys, or personal portfolio balance to use the customer product.
2. How we use data
- To create, verify and authenticate accounts.
- To manage plan access, subscription state and paid entitlements.
- To link or revoke supported Telegram channel access when requested.
- To send account and subscription-related transactional emails.
- To respond to product, account, billing, business, legal and privacy requests submitted through the contact form.
- To prevent abuse, investigate failures and maintain service security.
We do not sell personal data or build advertising profiles from your 1UP Trading account activity.
3. Payments
Card payments and subscription billing are processed through Stripe. 1UP Trading stores the identifiers and billing state needed to reconcile access, but does not store full card numbers or card security codes.
4. Telegram and email services
If you link Telegram, the service uses the data required to grant, synchronize or revoke supported channel access. Transactional email is delivered through configured email infrastructure. These services process only the information needed for their operational role.
5. Sharing and service providers
Data may be shared with service providers only where needed to operate hosting, billing, email, messaging, security or related account functions. Data may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or valid legal process, or as part of a business transfer.
6. Retention and security
We retain account, billing and operational records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain access history, resolve disputes, meet legal obligations and protect the platform. Security controls are applied, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
7. Cookies and sessions
The customer site uses cookies and session mechanisms required for login, account security and related functionality. We do not describe advertising or cross-site tracking cookies as part of the current product.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction or other treatment of your personal data. Use the contact form for privacy-related requests. The support inbox is intentionally not published on the website to reduce address harvesting and spam.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the product, providers or legal requirements change. The updated version and effective date will be published on this page.
